Disc and Pad upgrades ?

I need to replace the std front and rear disc's on my MY99 Black Diamond seem to be a option on the front, but what about the rear. Std rears are vented but does anyone do a vented replacement?
As for pads whats good. I have no need to do any track days, but do a lot of fast country lane driving.
