Sti 8 jdm how much power is achievable?

What power can the JDM Sti 8 engine reliably handle on standard pistons etc?
What power can be achieved with the standard top mount intercooler and what's needed?

I have heard of high 400's on a few engines, wether YOU can achieve this is a different matter but they can do it
