Depending on which kit you bought, one of the intercooler pipe might need cut. This means you will need an extra piece of hose to join them and a couple of extra clamps.

Good luck mate!

Fitted alot of these and everyone fitted different, the more you cut the easier fitting, but looks better if you trim and marry up pipe work nice to body!

I have had to replace all the clips that came with mine as the ladders keep breaking! (due to over tightening!)

I had same issue you can order hoses to match off samco or autobann 88 etc. They will also do a reducer for the d/v! but now you need to wait unless your local car shop stocks lengths of hose??

Your making this look easy, i was going to fit one befor a map. Was hoping for 300-330, would it make sence or should i just keep, or up rate top mount.

what car do you have

if its a facelift classic then standard are good for 350 , you dont really need a front mount unless your looking at 400+

well so i was told anyway

Having measured ACTs extensively on standard intercoolers, bigger top mounts and APS, Hybrid and other front mounts and having taken care to obtain accurate information I assure you that, subject to turbo in use, all Classic O/E TMIC cars are experiencing very high ACTs past something like 320 bhp and substantially less for slanted intercoolers.

How about ACTs in excess of 70C on an STi3 Wagon, VF23 at 335 bhp/333lb. ft. Typically 40-50C less on a Hybrid FMIC and that is why the car produces more power with the FMIC.

Martin. Thanks for the immediate correction above.
