Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

Right, purchased a set of Mesh style spot covers for my MY01 WRX ages ago, got them pinted ages ago and tonight I go to fit them and could'nt figure it out.
I know they sort of clip in, but where do you screw in the the long screw supplied!!!
Has anyone fitted them and if so how did you do it?

Any help would be great as I need them fitted for Sunday.

Didn't get any long screws with mine?? They are like yours, painted but still in the box, waiting for me to find the right fixing somewhere.

fitted them easy !
screw is just behine the fog on the out side if the fog lamp;
undo the nut and use that to fix one end and the screw in the pack to secure the mesh grill to the other.
making sure the taps pn the grill corispond to the slots around the outside of the fog light housing

Hi Guys

sorry if you have experienced problems with these.

They are relatively easy to fit.

They have a small flat area at the base that requires a small hole to be drilled through it.

Then a corresponding small neat hole should be drilled through this one, once the cover is slotted into the top slots into the lip of the bumper.

At this point it sounds like you guys are missing the screws that would then allow you to simply gently tighten he cover up to the bumper. If this is the case, my apologies. Please call me on 0115 9377200 and i will hot-foot some spares out to you!
