Just thought some might be interested in the results of an emission test I have just had done.
Car: 98 R Sti 4 Mileage: 47k
Limits:..... Actual value:..... Actual as % of limit:.....
Fast Idle test:
CO..... <0.30%..... 0.02%..... 6.7%
HC..... <200ppm..... 3ppm..... 1.5%
lambda..... 0.970-1.030..... 1.003..... -
Natural Idle Test:
CO..... <0.50%..... 0.00%..... 0%
All this with the original downpipe catalyst only. I thought STis were supposed to be the polluters of the Earth.
