have a look on parkers website and it will give you a rough idea of prices, or scour on autotrader, try to give rockbottom book price though and increase the margin for a bit more hard earned.

I have a 325ise on a 04 with 79k on the clock paid 9k for it (from a dealer) recently, so i would think the one you are being offered in px would be worth app 6k private, hope this gives you some idea.

Its no scoob that's for sure mate, doesn't put a smile on your face like a scooby and feels slow, but having said that it is a well made motor feels very solid and is a nice relaxed car to drive on a daily basis,
i would rate it as follows,
build quality 9/10
looks 8/10
comfort 9/10
handling 6.5/10
equipment level 9/10
petrol consumption 7/10
fun factor 5/10
i miss the performance and handling of the scooby not to mention the fun factor, but all in all i am happy with the bmw, as an every day motor it is spot on.
