I read with interest about a dilemma that someone was having regarding strips of underseal coming off the bottom of his Scooby.
Word on the street is that all the panels bar the roof are galvanised so if this is the case, why worry?
Or am I missing the point here?

Well, it goes like this - I was hosing my rear wheel arches like all the books say you should and the underseal started coming away!!
Apparently, its a waste of time getting it re-applied - as it just all comes off again!!
The Jap import boys got on my case because they have not got underseal see?? as cars destined for the Home (Japanese) market only need to last 3 years!! Can you imagine anyone paying good money for a car with a life of 36 months ... when a UK car is there with a life of, what? say 10 years?? tut tut
That will stir the pigeons up once again
