I had a car written off before christmas and they are replacing the car spec for spec (it was new so they buy me a new car) only trouble is my smart was LHD and they stopped making them last year (well uk spec) and have just a handful left, smart have offered me cars not to my orignal specification and i agreed upon one of them but they let someone else buy it (idiots) now they only have one car left in simalar spec but has differnet colour exterior interior which i will not be happy with and will refuse, and after that they only have lower spec cars.

Apart from the cabrio which i would be very happy with in even if it was not all silver (which i paid extra so either all balck or any colour with silver tridon ,


my question is if i say i will be happy to pay the extra, ie the differnce bettween my car £8k to whatever the price of a cabrio is do you think they will go for it?

If I am, use the insurance money and buy something that's not a girl's car!
