Materials needed for repainting scoop?

Hi Folks

I am going to be re painting my scoop again.

Just wondering what materials I shall need to remove laquer/paint and prepare for re painting

And in what order

if you need to ask ...you are not up to it m8

as its best left to the pros i think

sry if its not the advice yr looking for ....as you will **** it up and then you still need to pay the pros to do it !
