Im looking to buy some coilovers for my 98 type r classic but unsure as what to get.
Been looking at tein SS,apex etc but you hear different pros and cons for each kit.
What do you have fitted and how to find them on road and occasional track day.
Budget of around the £700 mark.

I had Tein Super sports on my MY99 type R and they were brilliant, on the softest setting they were perfect for driving about our cr@ppy roads.

For my Version 4 Type R im planning the Apex kit, a lot of good reviews for that stuff out there

 

Teins were at the top of my list but i also have heard good stuff about the Apex kit.

Ive got a version 4 myself and just want the best i can afford.

 

I've gone for the ASTs, to complete the T25 handling kit. In in a few weeks, can't wait.

 

which AST's have you gone for??...mate has the AST 2's and they are great.
