Default CDB ENGINE WHATS IT WORTH?

Hi i have a v1 wrx cdb engine with bearing failure from a 57000m car no sump as this was needed for the new engine.
the engine has heads and cambelt and covers still fitted but no im or flywheel.
would it be best splitting it or sell it as a hole.
The reason i might sell is im lazy and it will gather dust otherwise
i know alot of people use these bottom ends on the high power cars
so what would be a realistic figure for it?
Thanks danny
