they was £165 plus vat i phoned when got home to check price and they confirmed that was price .only went to these people as ad good feed back on here!!

dealer prices are horrifically expensive for brembo brakes, i think a pair of discs is knocking on £400 and the price you paid there for the pads is about the going rate
your best bet is to take an advisory on any parts that need changing and try to source them yourself, the pads for example can be had for £130 on ebay and discs can be bought for about £290.
garages will be ok with supplying your own parts so my advice to a new owner would be have a look around the net for bits, enquire on here the best places and hopefully that should keep your bills down a bit
