will this fit??

hi,
will a Sti Tmic Off My96 Sti 555 fit on my 97 uk turbo and is there any point in swapping it???

Aluminum yes but its smaller and also the old style slanty core.

Go for a newage WRX tmic as I did. Mine cost me peanuts off Ebay [about £20] and it is considerably larger and far more efficient than your UK one.
An indepth test showed that none of the o/e classic tmic gave good results.
Newage WRX tmic was a good improvement with the STI one being top dog.
