Headlight Bulbs

I have a P plate sport and was wondering what headlight bulbs i have

I am at work an cant be arsed going out to check lol

Is it 2 seperate bulbs 1 for low an 1 for high

If so what are the bulbs - H4 etc

Any help would be great
