i need a live wire

evening all. does anyone know where i can find a live wire that is only live once the ignition is off? idealy somewhere up by the clock in the middle pod.? of if not even just a normal live up in the same area? clock wiring? what wire is live?

its only going to run a small flashing L.E.D.

the clock,hazard lights & *** lighter are usally permanent live...think the red wire is live

Ignition is the best place mate to be honest! I wire up them clifford flashy alarm badges all the time!

whereabouts buddy? any sort of piccy of the wires? this is just a blue flashing alarm light. i want it to come on once i pull the key out of the ignition.
