Default Changing Side Light on 2005

My side lamp drivers side front has blown and I popped the bonnet to try and change. I could not see how to get to the lamp, the only way I worked out it could be done was to take out the whole lamp, but I couldn't even work out how to do that.

Can anyone shed any light???

I'm afraid you have to take the whole headlamp out. It explains in the handbook but here's a quick explanation.

Remove the 4 clips at the top of the bumper (2 either side)
Remove the grill (4 clips at the top and 2 at the base 1 either side)
Remove the 3 bolts holding the headlamp in place (2 at the top 1 at the side)
Disconnect the wiring connectors
Pull the headlamp forward (be careful not to scratch the paint)

It is a bit fiddly/annoying just to change a bulb and it helps if you have small hands.

Good luck.
