Default Really Alarming

Hi Guys,Any one had trouble with there sigma alarm,IT KEEPS SOUNDING OFF FOR NO REASON OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS AND UNFORTUNATELY IVE HAD TO RESORT IN CUTTING THE THIN RED AND WHITE WIRES TO THE SIREN PART OUTSIDE UNDER THE CENTRE OF THE WINDSCREEN COWLING, iVE BEEN THROUGH ALL THE VARIOUS CODE PROCEDURES AND NOT SEEM TO BE WORKING VIA KEYPAD COMMANDS AND EVEN THOUGH ITS SCREAMING AWAY THE CAR CAN STILL BE DRIVEN AND STILL ARMS AND DISARMS WHILST IT BELLOWING OFF,ANY ONE ELSE HAD ANY ALARM PROBLEMS AS I HAVE NOW STARTED TEARING ALL DASH OUT AND SEPERATING THE WIRING TO SEE IF ANY PROBLEMS,aLSO ,dO THEY HAVE A BATTERY BACK UP AS WHEN I CUT THE WIRES THE SIREN CARRIED ON GOING THEN JUST FADED OFF BUT ONLY FOR ABOUT 7-8 SECS AFTER CUTTING,aNY INFO OR KNOWLEDGE WOULB BE APPRECIATED cHEERS

bad day mate, typed in anger and haste ,car pi,.,ng me off, bumped up therear end, now this, i,ll re post in appropriate section!!!!!

I am very surprised as sigma alarms are really good and never go wrong so to speak! They are that good even TRACKER recommend them and thats saying something.

Bit of a long shot but did you check all door sensors and earthing and the sensitivity box hadn't fallen down and was hanging around ?
