Thanks to sterling work from Steve B, Tileys in Bristol now give 10% on production of a current SIDC membership card. Saved me £2.50 on the foglamp protectors I bought today. As I will in future have my servicing work done there, I should save my SIDC sub pretty quickly.

Thanks again to SteveB!

Well done.

For clarity, what is the 10% on...just individual standard parts, Prodrive parts - Alcons or PPP etc, labour, servicing, MY01...?

Steve told me it was on servicing & repairs - I tried it on with the parts discount!

A PPP discount would be interesting, I must admit that I don't know. Maybe Steve or Bob could ask when they're next in?

Nick,

I bought Paul a xmas pressie from parts department (clothing) and asked for 10% discount. They said they didn't make much profit on things like that, but he offered me 5%. (Nice man)

Tim, I don't know Tiley's attitude to imports. The parts guy photocopied my membership card but didn't see my car.

Tracey, so Paul got the suede Prodrive underpants?

So far i've had 10% discount on two sets of Speedline wheels - long story don't ask! and my last interim service. Total money saved has been over £100.

The guy in the parts is Nick and for service Phil. 01179 231231.

Boomer, Give 'em a ring and ask.

Martin - I think it's parts and service.

Steve.

Got 10% off my 18,000 mile service at Day's of Chelmsford no problem. Worth the £20 membership just for the saving on servicing. Also worth mentioning it if you order from stuff from any of the parts suppliers out there because you never know your luck.

Nick,

No, thankfully.
Had the Alcon brake kit fitted and was told that my 17" supertourismos would fit.
They didn't, so a new set of ST2' had to be purchased. Ended up being a rather expensive brake kit. Have sold the other wheels now though.
Steve.
