Default TD05-20g/turbo???

Had an actuator failiure on my td05-20g, prior to the failiure i had approx 1.5bar +boost preasure, The turbo was out of warranty but Andy F helped me out by sending me a previously used actuator, It was slightly different to the one that came with the turbo from new (the small pipe was in a different place and Andy had painted it his trade mark gold colour), After fitting the replacement actuator i've noticed its only boosting about 1.3bar max, My question is can you adjust the boost preasure on the threaded bar that goes from the actuator to the turbo

i think you need to wind the arm out, so it is at its longest to get more boost
