Thats not a 94 wrx spoiler as they are low level spoilers.

you could always ask the seller what it is.

 

saw a guy down my way with the same one and he said it was a 94 wrx sti one??

Looks okay to me just fitted carbon boot/spoiler/bonnet, just that it's pre-face lift.

As for the type of spolier; not too sure, doesn't look like an early sti to me.
