you'd be better off on Europe - Subaru Forester Owners Forum in the europe section. Plenty of Forester specific info on there.

if you have a JDM forester you should be able to get more bhp with a decent exhaust system, up the boost to 18psi with a boost controller, and sort out the handling by fitting a whiteline 20mm rear anti roll bar. Amongst other things

I went the decat route until MOT time and changing the downpipe back to a catted one was a pain in the backside so ended up with a sports cat and I honestly cant tell the difference in power, only noise. However the downside is an emptier pocket in the short term.

The point is that there is miles more information on there about Foresters, no disrespect to most of the people on here but most dont even class the forester as a "real" subaru.

I've got a couple mods. If you go here:

Peaty's linked Mod List - ScoobyMods

Most of the mods are links to how-tos with detailed write ups.

Cheers,

Peaty

I go on sf.com for information about Foresters and the community of Forester owners.

I go on scoobynet to find out what telly programmes I've missed.

OUCH.....

I've a UK s-turbo, so most my mods won't interest a JDM'er, but the EU forum is pretty busy, more so during the week really...

Hello

I've a JDM Forester.

As for mods, I would do the following:

Thicker 20mm anti roll bar
Exhaust, backbox and centre section. I wouldn't go too big as it can get quite boomy.
Air filter
Brakes - 4 pots from an Impreza
Slight boost tweak
17 inch wheels (as the standard one look a bit naff)

After that the sky's you limit
