What is the most power you can get out of a 03 plate sti engine,standard interanals, before it all melts!

you can run 400 quite safely but as with anything its down to each engine and how many miles and how its been used and looked after.
think highest on standard is 500 can't remember name 100% think its greenwood but was on race fuel and they want too bothered if engine went as it was a tuning exercise
