Default Removing the air con belt ?

i like air con, when weather conditons call for it, but this summer never and nor will the winter, so will removing the belt increase any power ?
read alot about air con power loss when running, so will removing the belt reduce engine lag/use ?

just a quick discussion we had today

Best to use it once a week IIRC

DunxC

P.S. Only engages the clutch when in use, the pulley spins the rest of the time.
