I was watching the news on and off over the first week and was pretty disappointed not to have seen any coverage on the news considering it was a pretty huge and well organised event, has anyone else seen anything in and around the Oxfordshire areas ? Even more disappointed as I'm led to believe that Top Gear wasn't interested at all, I thought they might have been first ones there, please correct me if I have wrong info? Maybe the organisers/tv crews that were there will put a tribute programme on over the xmas period ?

I was lucky enough to be walking back to my car on the runway at the end , when I got talking to a girl called 'VBH' (wow, what a girl-made my day!!). She said it might be on tonight or next week , depending on 'the grownups'.At the time the tv crew for fifth gear were in the helicopter taking airiel shots. So just keep watching fifth gear paul.

All the bridges from Lanark to Banbury bar 4 had people on it and being a grown man of 35 i will freely admit for the first couple of bridges on the M74 i cried when i saw how many people had turned out to hang about a motorway overpass waiting on a bunch of cars turning up.

I am in the process of chasing up Ch5 for not displaying a valid sticker upon entry.

It was because of the unscheduled VBH lap in N1WRC that the car did indeed break down due to running out of fuel on the M40 at about 9pm on the way back from the test track with David Lapworth at the wheel with his good wife in the pax seat.
