What year is your car?
Depends on what power level you are looking for and which turbo you currently have. If you have a newage WRX Ive been advised that a VF34 is good for around 340bhp obviously with supporting mods ie remap, exhaust, filter, larger injectors etc

Well Im looking for around 330bhp from mine in the future. I was told by a tuner, VF34 turbo,STI Injectors, uprated fuel pump, remap, and uprated intercooler either a STI8 Topmount or a front mount
Personally think Ill be going for a front mount.
Alot of those parts are available cheaply 2nd hand so doesnt have to cost the earth.
At that sort of power level the standard gearbox should be fine as long as your not driving it like you stole it everywhere
Not sure on the clutch.
Id say sort the suspension and brakes first though. No point having all the power and not being able to use it

Chris UK has nailed it for you The power of SN
You have reached the limit at 280 odd BHP so you will have to change a few more bits than the turbo
Just to add my 2p's worth I'd stick with the STi intercooler mentioned and go for a Front Entry TD05 16G

Seconded, probably from Andy Forrest. I believe that if you buy a used but not FUBAR 90 degree 'TD05, you can use this as a core exchange.
Another option would be a hybrid TD04, but itll be out of breath at 320bhp. It depends how you want the car to drive.
