hi how can a classic be converted to rwd what do i need to do.

Yes it can, give Howard a call at HDC Subaru.They built a 206 rally cross car with Subaru running gear but it was driven from the best end. (the back)

Easy, take out the front drive shafts, fill in the holes where the drive shafts used to be, get a diff-lock for your centre diff, thats pretty much it....
Engine is already longitudinally placed, so no problems there....

you can buy machined plates that fit the gearbox when shafts removed that have splines that still fit into the front diff

theres a thing you can buy to change the centre diff i think that does the same sort of job i heard but dont understand how it works cause the front shafts are in the box

Andy at Scoobyclinic converted his old Legacy to RWD if memory serves so they will have an idea of what's involved too I'm sure
