What exactly is the "diff switch" on my type r for??

Does it turn the traction control on and off??? sorry for sounding thick

It moves power delivery and allows diff lock between front and rear diffs.

It alter where the power goes to the wheels, effectively you cam make it more rear wheel drive. Be carefull messing around with it as I have known a few people to crash thier cars after having a play about with the diff control
