On our roads..there so common...Nothing against them at all but you see more of them than Ford Fiesta's.
Atleast a Cossie is a fairly uncommon site on the roads!
Serious question.....
Are there any Subaru owners who actually agree they are pi$$ed of with seeing one every other car?

Are you only noticing them because they keep overtaking you??? 
On a more serious note, have a look how many Vectras and BMW 3-series are out there, then tell me the Subaru is common!

what the hell are you talking about!! there are more cossies on the road, scoobies stand out coz there more attractive. In essex aleast there are tons of cossies, rs turbo's is crazy, dont no where you got this comment from. i no there are a few more on the road but not that many.

This is a serious post..the Fiesta comparison was a little OTT,but its true..plus most are female drivers or transexual's...not see close enough to get full view...

I disagree...
I probably see one or two a week and I am currently doing about 600miles a week...
It has increased admittedly I used to not see one from one week to the next...
There has probably been as many Cossies wrecked and scrapped as there are left?

Ima ........ I meant the statment you made makes you a PR@T ........ I aggree with JGM , I am on the road most of the day 6 days a week , I may see 1 -3 scoobs a day .... BUT I am sure I would see more Fiesta's than that a day ( if I was looking for them !! )

I might drive a Scooby but I could change it if I wanted for not much cash but it would cost you lots to get a life and stop looking so ugly

The rest of you people, chill. This is Ima's idea of a "sense of humour" and as long as you know it as that and go along with it, you might have a laugh (if it is in your disposition). If not and you take him seriously, you WILL burst a blood vessel and die of extreme frustration. On the RSOC BBS, they set up a smilie just for people to express their exasperation at him. It is the one where you're banging your head against a brick wall....
You won't win, so just humour him, enjoy the banter and don't stress. He is the Craig H / Shaggy of the RS BBS....

I`m afraid i`d have to agree, there are more scoobs than cossies, i didn`t think there was but now i`ve discovered that most `cossies` you see around are actually base model sierras and escorts with dodgy body kits. Trouble is even if you have the genuine article , most people think its a plastic pig underneath anyway.
Also, i see the escort cosworth is the prefered mount of many birds these days, most of whom look like Kathy Burke.

Hmmmmm, maybe I'm just missing the point, but weren't Cossies limited edition runs, over a few years and only produced for Europe whereas the Impreza is a mass produced car widely available worldwide? Plus Subaru are still producing performance cars, but Ford aren't .
Compare the number of Imprezas (all models) to the number of Escorts and Sierras still around and it's probably a different story.
