I have been running an Hydra ecu for 18 months now with no problems at all, it features anti-lag, launch control and a 2nd map for race fuel

There are a lot more of the Hydra ecu's being used in the US. The Simtek seem to be much better regarded in the UK - most of the mappers have said they are very impressed with this ecu. Remapping the stock ecu should be more than good enough for most applications though and is certainly a cheaper option.

The ScoobyNet Project Spec C has the Hydra Unit installed and mapped by Tracktive Solutions. This is running over 500bhp.

Great ECU from a great company. Give Richard a ring at Tracktive Solutions if you want any info.
