Hi everyone,
I'm interested in putting a sunroof on an STI (current shape). I don't actually have a Subaru as yet - tell me I'm dreaming but I'd like to do some homework now before I buy an STI
Has anyone experiences and or issues with sunroofs in cars. I'm assuming people know what I mean and don't call them by another name (eg sky portal)
I'm in Western Australia so weather is predominately hot, clear, blue skies and sunny days so I will be able to use a sunroof a lot.
Do I get electric slide back, or flip up ...
Obvious it will be a potential security risk (how lockable are they etc?
Can they be connected to the cars power locks/windows etc?
What else should I even be asking?
Thanks in advance everyone - assuming anyone bothers

I had a electric sunroof fitted to my MY00 Turbo when I imported it from Holland
It tilts and slides and closes automatically when you lock the car.
No problems so far and can't see it being any more of a security risk than any window

Cheers

George
