Back engine mount

You know, the one that looks like a con rod, anyone know where i can get one of these uprated, i don't need the other two but the movement is driving me nuts.

Found out the correct name it's a pitch rod mount.

But has anyone tried a torque dampener?

Im thinking of chasing up a group n mount atm.
