Hello all, hopfully be joining the scooby owner ranks soon with an imported STi Ver.6. Should be picking up this weekend!
But alas as my luck would have it i get a Speeding ticket in the post this very morning. 36mph in a 30 limit. Caught in roadworks with one of the avarage speed camara (SPECS?)
Now i heard once apon a time that roadwork speed limits only give a fine and not the points. Can anyone tell me if this is true or not. Also do the Met police send you on those Speed saftey days for this sort of offence?

well you should only get £60 fine and 3 points and that normally means bugger all to the insurance company.
I was running my impreza with 6 points and the insurance company didn't care ,at 9 they said i would be buggered though
