Default 2.5l coil packs

Does anyone know if there are differences between the 2.5l and 2l coil packs? I am talking about the individual coil pack on each sparkplug. I have a JDM bugeye with a 2.5l with 2l heads. I think they are VVT heads although not sure.

I have found that the coils are much cheaper in the US, but are there differences, especially the connector with the wiring? Cannot recall when Subaru changed over to individual coils and whether there are then differences between these over the years.

As far as standard coils go they should be the same.

Thanks

may give them a go to see if they cure the intermittent misfiring. Only about 90USD each. Much cheaper as an experiment than the upgraded ones that you sell or even the originals.

What plugs should I run. Currently has NGK Iridium 8s. They looked okay but may change just to be sure. Should I run with the racing 8s that you sell given the spec and map or would a normalset of NGK be okay?

I would stick with the racing 8s for now. Your problem sounds like dodgy pin on a connector for either a coil pack/injector, or a dodgy coilpack itself.
