Hi,
My car is lowered and on 18s.
Yesterday I had a full car, and was driving down a road with speed bumps.
Slowed down to about 7mph for one of them and heard the center section of my exhaust scrape.

Anyone know if this would have caused any major damage? should I take it off and inspect. Wouldn't want a hole in it lol

 

Scraping happens, if anything just jack it up and have a look, if all looks well it probably is.
Taking it off would be overkill IMHO.

There's supposed to be a hole in it. It lets the exhaust gases through.

Scraping it is unlikely to do any damage, cats (not the furry type) can be a little more fragile though, so try not to hit them.
