Nice Surprise
The last time I bought a Euro Import, Subaru UK told me to go forth and multiply (for servicing and part-ex deals)
But after buying my 2008 Euro Spec STI from my local importer I wasn't expecting to be offered a full UK Subaru Waranty... times HAVE changed!

That's weird. I bought a Euro import and the garage would gladly service and replace parts under warranty, no questions asked. Even modded. No problems.
I thought if it was registered with IM then the warranty stands.

My 1st STI had a 3rd party european warranty... nothing to do with Subaru UK..so if anything need doing, it had to go back to them (or use the 3rd party warranty)
I took it to the nearest UK Subaru dealer for a service, and they showed me the door....
