I've just bought this from Roger Clark which is cheaper than the Scoobyparts one for my 2004. Delivery was quick too. Next day!!

As already stated scoobyparts or Roger Clark motorsport 
for the pocket conversion. Quite easy to fit as well you just need an adapter plug for the stereo to car interface connections and sometimes an adapter for the aerial.
