2004 UK STI Prices?

What would you expect to currently pay for a modded 2004 STI UK with about 30k on the clock?

12-13k?

Not sure on the market but I paid £11000 for mine last September with only 14000 on the clock.

12-13k sound right but depends on what mods exactly.
I sold my 53 plate STI for £11700 2 months ago. 30k miles 340bhp and fairly well modded.

One I have seen has 340Bhp, uprated - suspension, exhaust, air intake, brakes, ECUTek re-map, defi's + some other bits.
