HI CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ONE I HAD NEVER HEARD OF nEED FOR sPEED BEFORE UNTIL I START USING THE SCOOBY FORUMS .NET AND CITY

ON THESE SITES IT WAS APPRANTLY RECOMMENDED TO USE THIS SUPPLIER OF PARTS FOR BRAKING SYSTEM AS THEY OFFER A GOOD PRICE

I BOUGHT THE FRONT AND REAR BLACK DIAMOND DISCS WITH PREDATOR PADS FOR THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE COMPANY

THEY CHARGED MY VAT I RECEIVED THE ITEMS ALTHOUGH THE RECEIPT THEY SENT ME WAS REALLY DEL BOY STYLE THERE WASNO ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS AND THERE WERE NO PRICES OR STATEMENTS OF vat

I HAVE TRIED TO GET IN CONCTACT THROUGH THE PHONE AND THEY'RE ALWAYS BUSY

I HAVE TRIED THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THE SALES DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS THE DIRECTORS AND HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF THEY HAD THE SAme experience

all i wanted was a proper reciept for the items bought including the vat that i had paid for which now makes me think they charged me the vat but are not declaring it themselves

just email them or ring them myt not be open weekends why do u need to no the vat amount you claiming it back??

i dont want to claim my vat but i have paid for the items including vat and i havnt even got RECEIPT of them stating the items/price/ or VAT just a peice of paper with their name/add and my details

when you buy something of value of £390.00 inc VAT you want a proper receipt for the service history

That is probably the delivery note. Invoice will arrive by post.
That's the usual way of doing things.
