Ok not sure if this has been asked before.

Juts started car up after it had been throwing it down this afternoon.
It just didn't want to play

Was all spluttery before turbo kicked it and even when warm.
Think it may be water in the intake... does have aftermarket cone airfilter on and not the first time its happened...

Anyone help with this.
