Bargain Mileage!
A friend of mine has just bought a 2002 Civic Type R with only 1900 miles on the clock!!! Thats gotta be some kind of record. Its 6 years old!!
Can anyone else beat that. I'd be interested to know if anyone else has bought or seen any mileage bargains!!

Owned by a plumber and kept in a garage most of the year as he drove his work van everywhere. He bought it off a guy he knew so I doubt he'd do that to him.

Last March I bought the wife a 52 plate megane scenic from renault eith a verified mileage - 38 miles. Paid £6k, when compared to car supermarket specals at the time they where coming in at £5.5k with 50000miles.
If you are lucky bargains are out there to be had, I didn't even want to go to a main dealer

Well if he's used his work van most of the time and he know's the guy then it'd most probably be genuine.
BUT
Just to be on the safe side I'd be asking for proof, MOT certificates and all the other relivante information. He might know the bloke but what's to say he's not in a n*b kinda mood and decided to con someone? It's very unlikley that he'd do this but better to be safe than sorry.
