Anyone chipped a Sport, worth doing ?

Can anyone tell me if it is worth chipping a Sport. Been told about £200 for a gain of around 10 bhp I understand it makes a big difference to the big boys so they benifit. But would I, any advice is good advice cheers boys

I would rather go for an exhaust backbox and air filter change. May not make 10bhp but will sound 100bhp better
Insurance companies hate chips so check first.

I to own a Sport with ScoobySport box & Ramair filter. Not sure on performance gains, but sounds great 
Although I sometimes find noise level in car a little loud....what do others think ?
