Very marginally. It's just for sound really. If you're looking at helping air move through your car you should look at the air filter, downpipe, and midpipe first.
I've got a Group N Greencotton filter, afterburner midpipe and soon a Group N backbox from TSL. Just the midpipe made a bit of a difference but in all cases the CATs will be the bottleneck for any system.
What are you actually trying to achieve?

So far:
green cot filter
Sti v8 tmic
Coming soon:
Vf35 turbo
Decat downpipe and centre section
Remap
My plan is to decat from the turbo down and was hoping that the prodrive backbox would not only look, sound nicer but be suitable, performance wise, to compliment a decat system??
