I want another sooby!!!
Used to come on here many moons ago, well maybe 4 years ago and now im back!
I used to run a v2 wrx import and a v5 sti type r (360bhp), i then went on to motorcycle ownership......but now im bored with the crap weather and not being able to get back on the bike as its too windy or too wet. I cant use it to commute properly as its not practical.
Now i just sold the bike as im in my last 6 months of Race Car engineering studies at uni and my mortgage etc had to come first. (im 29 btw)
Also the missus hated it, lol...well the time has come to say im looking at a quick car again.
Options are an Elise (s1), A P1, a 02 Prodrive STi.
I love the elise as ive driven one loads, but it a bit ugly tbh, i have driven the P1 as me mate has had one from new and i like the look but the type r has more toys. I hate the bug eye but i love the Prodrive spec bugeye as i think it looks different.
Anyway i have decided to go for the 02 Prodrive spec and would like to know who here has or does own one and what is it like?
P.S. if anyone needs free advice on Race car enginnering (i.e car set up etc just give us a shout, i work for a team in the midlands James Watt Automotive and we run a car alongside Prodrive!)
