I would imagine if you drive a milkfloat there would be less probability of acquiring penalty points when compared to other performance cars....

If you didn't want to go fast you wouldn't own a scooby...
P.s top tip, tho i'm not 100% sure it works, but so far so good...
If you suddenly stumble across camera van, or plod with a hairdryer, pull your lights on full beam, aparently the lazers can be damaged by bright light, so they will turn them away from you and if its to bright, they can't look straight at the front of your car with a hand held....
