Proper gutted this weekend guys so thought id share my misery.

I have shattered the bones in my big toe to lots and lots of very tiny pieces and it bloody hurts too

Also snapped my metatarsel (Unsure of spelling )

All this happened when i was mucking around on my moto x bike on thursday night and had a fight with a tree stump (which won!!), so yes it is self inflicted but still very gutting.

Especially when i have just finished refurbing my new wheels and fitted all my new brakes and refurbed calipers ready for some nice hot sunny weekend driving!!

Looks like its a weekend of tidying bits up and cleaning the car ready for when my foots better.

Ah well, you live and learn. Could have been a lot worse if i didnt have my boots on!!

 

Snap out of the self pity...... or failing that you can always pop into NSR for six weeks, the time will fly by.....

 

As DCI says, pop into NSR. Then you can compare injuries with Snazy, Chocolate O' and the rest of the gang.

Just don't muscle in on threads

 

Good excuse to practice left foot accelerating (well all the stars left foot brake, so why not?) and / or clutchless gear changes (whichever side you are legless as it were).

 

Count yourself lucky, I had 4 months of not driving (Ruptured achilles tendon). Think of all the money you will save!

 

Suppose there is that side, im scared im gunna polish all the paint work off the car its gunna be cleaner than it was when it came out of the showroom lol!!!
