Sticking rear caliper..help!!
Hello
I replaced my rear discs and pads at the weekend (1997 Forester S/tb) but the driver's side disc is bloody hot after a run. I took it to a local garage and they said it all looks fine but there might some grit in the caliper making it stick.
So I either need a new caplier (single pot sliding) or a rebuild kit by friday (off to France next week)
Ideas, options or any help gratefully recieved.
Thanks
Mark

i had this on my first impreza
i unbolted my caliper put a g clamp on the side that wasnt sticking and lightly pumped my brake pedal till it came free (dont over do it) i did that a few times and the problem never arose again
just incase take a cheap set of pads with you to france and keep an eye on it
