The official service interval is every 10000 miles or year, although most people recommend an interim oil/filter every 6m/5k.

I think a few of the specialists (e.g. Zen, TSL) has service schedules on their websites, although they do seem to vary slightly.

I usually stick with the yearly service on my 53 plate STi blob. Then again I only use the car occassionally. Also Subaru recommend the 10,000 years or 1 year service interval. Unless you have modified the car to output mor BHP, then I wouldn't worry too much.
