hey all, my first post here so be kind

i bought a 98 uk turbo 2000 wagon last week, i love it to bits (wanted a fast family car after my daughter was born, been a ford man untill this car).

i notised the coolant looked abit rusty, so i bought some rad flush and new coolant.

how do i drain the coolant, and how do i bleed the air after refilling?
