Default dumb question

Time for a dumb question - what is the name of that "part" that goes on the rear bumper of a wagon; it's a protective lump of moulded rubber that sits on the top of the rear bumper.

And yes, I need one - any suggestions as to where other than ridiculously over-priced main dealers would be appreciated.

thanks
