30 to 50 quid each depending where you go.
A normal body shop could do it, but yout better of at a proper powedercoaters, as they shotblast the whole wheel, and spray (powdercoat) the whole wheel. A body shop would only rub down the face of the wheel, as much as they would need to.

I went to a place called Diamond Wheels in Stockport avoid these muppets. They quoted me £260 to dip them and spray them but after the 2nd rate job they did, I paid them £200.
Just for your info if you have any corrosion around the valves you will probably need them fully dipping, otherwise the mobile vans can do a respray. I believe prestige wheels in New Mills are pretty good but don't quote me.
This time around on my RB5 I have done my own. Fully sanded down, primed, sprayed and laquered for £30.00.

WAtch for hidden costs at these places guys...
when i last got a quote it was £40 per wheel for refurb
+
£5 to remove EACH tyre
+
£8 to refit EACH tyre and balance
so £53 X 4 (PLUS VAT) = I BOUGHT A NEW SET OF WHEELS AND TYRES
ive done a few sets myself if the just needed a respray and rub down, takes time but worth it
